Canadian Executive Management

Kevin Frawley’s responsibilities include overseeing property and casualty operations in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Previously, Frawley worked with Prudential Financial Inc. where he held the titles of chief compliance officer, United States Insurance Division; chief administrative officer, Retail Distribution, United States Insurance Division; and senior vice president and senior counsel for Prudential Securities.

Beginning his career in 1973, John Sharoun has over 30 years of claims experience, half of which has been on the independent adjusting side of the business. He is a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional, a Fellow of the Canadian Independent Adjusters' Association and a Canadian Risk Manager. He has been with Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. since 1995 and was named CEO in January 2006.

Pat graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University's School of Business and Economics in 1993 with a bachelor degree in economics. After several years of handling all lines of claims, Pat became branch manager of Crawford's Mississauga and Oakville branches in 2001, and moved on to become Crawford's director of Accident Benefits in 2003.

Stephen Anderson joined Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. in 1995, bringing with him 25 years of experience at a national telecommunications company. He has held various positions over the course of his career including operations management, budget and results, training and development, and human resources management.

A graduate of the University of Western Ontario's Business School and a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), Dale joined Crawford in 1999 and during his career has held senior management positions in fields such as information systems and technology, project management, operations, procurement and financial control. Today, Dale is Crawford’s vice president, Information Technology, CIO, Canada.

Gary began his career in 1981 as an adjuster in Crawford’s Toronto branch. A graduate of the University of Toronto and a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), he has held various positions including adjuster, marketing coordinator, national account executive and sales manager.

Bob Krische entered the accounting field in 1977 and began his career in the insurance industry in 1987. He is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University's Bachelor of Business Administration program, a Chartered Accountant, and a Chartered Insurance Professional. He joined our firm in 1987 and today is vice president of finance and accounting for Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc.
